YMGP Music School was established in the Fairfield region in 1991. We have been teaching violin, piano, guitar and flute for over two decades. Our music school is based on the belief that learning music should be fun. Our entire team of teachers is committed to helping our students achieve their highest potential as musicians in an enjoyable learning environment. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Our piano and violin students have gone on to become professional musicians and teachers themselves, in some cases. Other students have achieved excellent results in AMEB exams, eisteddfods or auditions for performing arts institutions such as the Conservatorium on Music.
Part of our aims at YMGP Music School, is to create a community in which young people can share music and enjoy themselves. One way in which we seek to achieve this aim is by holding regular performances in which our students can show their talent and progress. Attendance at these events is optional for students although highly recommended. Admission is generally free or at a very minimal charge. Members of the public are also welcome to come and watch these stimulating performances held in the Fairfield area.
In addition, we often organise ensemble sessions for our instrumental students. All students are welcome to participate. This again is generally free of charge or at a very minimal cost. Instrumentalists of all ages and levels of experience, particulary violin and other string players, are invited to join our ensembles or orchestra even if they are not students at our music school. From time to time we may also invite all students to join in other group activities such as singing ensembles. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We would welcome the opportunity to introduce you to our teachers and show you our studio in Fairfield.
